| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá psychohygienou učitele na 1. stupni. V teoretické části se dostaneme přes problematiku stresorů, stresu, syndromu vyhoření až k významu psychohygieny. Protože tato část platí nejen pro učitele, ale i pro celou populaci, je její závěr věnován specifikům učitelské profese a učitelům na 1. stupni. V praktické části zkoumáme aktuálnost a možnosti využití psychohygieny učiteli při prevenci syndromu vyhoření a boji s ním. Následuje komparace výsledků a celkové shrnutí. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis deals with the psychohygiene of a teacher at the first level. In the theoretical part we get through the issue of stressors, stress, burnout syndrome to the importance of psychohygiene. As this part applies not only to teachers, but also to the entire population, its conclusion is devoted to the specifics of the teaching profession and teachers at the first level. In the practical part we examine the topicality and possibilities of using psychohygiene of the teachers in the prevention of burnout syndrome and the fight against it. The following is a comparison of the results and an overall summary. |
