| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo analyzovat roli sociálního pracovníka ve státní a nestátní sociální správě v organizacích zabývající se rodinou s dětmi v Plzni. V teoretické části byla obecně charakterizována role sociálního pracovníka a aspekty, které roli ovlivňují. Práce se dále věnovala dilematům sociálního pracovníka a popisovala systémy státní a nestátní sociální správy se zaměřením na přístupy sociálních pracovníků ke klientům. V praktické části jsou porovnávány teoretické poznatky s praxí. Výzkum probíhal na městských obvodních úřadech na odborech sociálně právní ochrany dětí a v nestátních neziskových organizacích. Výzkum byl realizován pomocí rozhovorů, kterým byl zjišťován přístup ke klientům. Doplňkovými výzkumnými metodami bylo pozorování a analýza dokumentů. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of the study was the analysis of social worker in state and non-state social administration, in organizations focused on families with children in Pilsen. The theoretical part is based on the general description of the social worker role and on the aspects which are involved. The study is also focus on social workers´ dilemma and described the state and non-state social administration system concentrate to social workers way of work with the clients. The practical part of the study was based on the comparison of the theoretical finding and the practice. The research of the study was taken place in district city offices, in social law children´s protection departments and in NGO´s. The research was realized by the interviews which was the way of work with the clients analysed. The complementary research methods were the watching and the dokuments analysis. |
