| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena integrační problémy, které cizinci musí řešit při svém vstupu do České republiky. V úvodu jsem se věnovala základním integračním politikám a jednotlivým pojmům a pobytům, které se v cizinecké problematice nejčastěji vyskytují. V druhé polovině jsem popsala integrační problémy a neziskové organizace, které poskytují pomoc v Plzeňském kraji. Cílem výzkumu bylo přiblížit pohled imigrantů a neziskových organizací na tyto problémy, a najít úskalí celého integračního procesu. V závěru jsem z výzkumu stanovila doporučení do praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | My master thesis is orientated toward problems with integration which foreigners have to solve during the process of entrance to Czech Republic. In the introduction I describe basic integration polices, particular concepts and residences, most visible in topic of foreigner's existence. In second part of my thesis I describe problems of integration in context of non-profit organizations, which offer help and support in region of city Plzeň. Target of my research is explaining migrant's and NGO's point of view about these problems, and finding most problematical sides and aspects of whole process of integration. In the summary I specify encouragement for practice based on my own research. |
