| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na propojení logistiky s podnikovými informačními systémy, které v posledních třech desetiletích stále nabývá na důležitosti. Cílem práce je podat zprávu o logistickém informačním systému konkrétní společnosti na základě poznatků vycházejících z analýzy procesů a využívaní informačních systémů ve společnosti. Teoretické kapitoly jsou věnovány základním logistickým činnostem a informačním systémům, včetně zaměření na ERP systémy, které podporují veškerou podnikovou logistiku. Na konci teoretické části práce jsou popsány subsystémy, ze kterých je tvořen logistický informační systém. V praktické části jsou klíčové kapitoly zaměřující se na popis původního a nového informačního systému společnosti VV - services s.r.o. včetně jeho implementace. Následuje výčet procesů, které jsou ve skladu vykonávány, srovnání obou systémů a zhodnocení přínosu změn. Z práce vyplývá důležitost neustálého zlepšování logistických procesů a jejich podpory informačními systémy, tak aby byl udržen růst a konkurenceschopnost společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is dealing with the importance of the connection between logistics and information systems, which is increasing in the last three decades. The aim is to report on a logistics information system of a particular company based on the knowledge of a process analysis and using information systems in the company. Theoretical chapters are devoted to the main logistics activities and information systems, including ERP as a system that covers business logistics processes. Subsystems of logistic information systems are depicted at the end of the theoretical part. Key chapters focused on an original and a new information system of VV - services Ltd. including its implementation are in the practical part. This is followed by a description of the processes which are performed in the company?s warehouse, a comparison of the two systems and an assessment of the contribution of the changes. The result of the thesis is the importance of the continuous improvement of logistics processes and their support by information systems in order to keep the growth and competitiveness of the company. |
