| Abstract: | Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis problematiky spolehlivosti pájených spojů, požadavky na jejich jakost a zejména na metody užívané k jejich kontrole. Jsou v ní popsány normalizované testy pájených spojů, které jsou následně porovnány z hlediska jejich užití ve výrobě elektronických zařízení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The present thesis is focused on a description of the reliability of solder joints, the requirements for their quality and in particular the methods used to control them. Thesis describes standardized tests of solder joints, which are then compared in terms of their use in the manufacture of electronic equipment. |
