| Abstract: | Hlavním tématem mé práce je postabortivní syndrom, který vzniká především po interrupci. Teoretická část se soustředí na komplexní shrnutí této stresové reakce. Zabývá se příznaky, charakteristikou postabortivního syndromu a nejvíce ohroženou skupinou žen tohoto problému, také ukazuje způsoby léčby této nemoci. Součástí práce je tématika potratu, rozdíl v umělém a spontánním potratu, jeho historie. Legalizace interrupce je nejprve probírána v České republice, poté ve Spojených státech amerických a nakonec celosvětově. Metody umělého přerušení těhotenství mají také prostor. Potratová část je zaměřena na různé druhy přístupů k interrupci, ukazuje hledisko náboženství, práva, psychologie, lékařství a samozřejmě i celkový pohled společnosti. Práce se zabývá rovněž historií a druhy antikoncepce. Antikoncepce je prevencí interrupcí a zároveň prevencí postabortivního syndromu. Je zde místo i pro fyzické komplikace. Bylo třeba uvést také prenatální období z hlediska vývoje v jednotlivých fázích těhotenství. Praktická část je složena z kazuistik žen, které prožily umělé přerušení těhotenství nebo spontánní potrat. |
| Abstract in different language: | The main topic of my graduation thesis is a postabortion syndrome which comes into existence by abortion mainly. The theoretical part is concentrated on complex summary of this stress reaction. It is concerned with symptoms, characteristic of postabortion syndrome and the most endangered group of women in this problem, it also shows ways of a medical treatment. The component of thesis is topic of abortion, difference between induced abortion and spontaneous abortion, its history. The legalization of an abortion is firstly discussed in the Czech Republic after that in the United States of America and at last all over the world. Methods of the induced abortion have space also. The abortion part is focused on different attitudes to abortion, it shows the viewpoint of religion, law, psychology, the medical science and the global view of society of course. The thesis is concerned with history and types of contraception too. The contraception is abortion prevention and postabortion prevention as well. There is a place for physical complications too. It was also necessary to release prenatal period like viewpoint of evolution at particular stages of pregnancy. Practical part is composed of case interpretations of women who went through the induced abortion or spontaneous abortion. |
