| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na problematiku pracovních cest a poskytování cestovních náhrad u tuzemských a zahraničních pracovních cest. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny platné právní předpisy a základní členění podle zaměstnavatelů. Následuje charakteristika pracovních cest a jednotlivých druhů cestovních náhrad u tuzemských a pracovních cest. Pro upřesnění dané problematiky jsou připojeny informace o účtování cestovních náhrad a o případném zdanění. V této části bakalářské práce bylo čerpáno převážně z platných legislativních předpisů. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vybraného úřadu, tj. Krajského státního zastupitelství v Plzni. Představuje jeho vnitropodnikovou směrnici, která danou problematiku upravuje. Pro dokreslení situace je uvedeno několik konkrétních příkladů tuzemských i zahraničních pracovních cest. Po vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu je navrženo opatření ke zlepšení kvality vyplňování cestovních příkazů a vypracována analýza cestovních náhrad pro efektivnější rozhodování o způsobu přepravy. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the problematics of business trips and the refund providing in inland and abroad travels. In the theoretical part, the valid legal enactments and basic structurings according to employees are introduced. The characteristics of business trips and the particular types of travelling refunds in both the inland and abroad travels follow. For specification of this problematics, the information of travelling refunds accounting and eventual taxations are incorporated. In this part of the bachelor's thesis, mostly the valid legal enactments were drawn from. The practical part contains the characteristics of a chosen bureau, i.e. the Regional State Deputyship in Pilsen. The thesis introduces its interdepartmental regulation, which adjusts the problematics. To depict the situation, several concrete cases of inland and abroad business trips are instated. After the current state assessment, a quality improvement arrangement for travelling instructions filling is designed and an analysis of travelling refunds for more effective decisions about the type of transport is elaborated. |
