| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je tak analýza činnosti rozvojové spolupráce na mnoha úrovních, společně s analýzou efektivity jednotlivých typů rozvojové pomoci, která souvisí s bojem se zbraněmi a demilitarizací v regionu Rohu Afriky. Náplní práce tak bude zároveň určení faktorů determinující průběh a míru efektivity celého procesu, snažící se o jakoukoliv formu regulace zbraní. Z hlediska rozsahu práce a časovému zařazení, se bude tato práce zaměřovat především na současné dění v regionu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The problem with arms proliferation has many faces within international and regional levels such as the Horn of Africa is. In this scope, development aid and various development programmes try to fight with arms on the international and also on regional level. This dissertation is trying to find the right measures for the effectivity analysis in this way. Coupled with this, this thesis is trying to describe relation between development (aid) and arms trade on background of the international and regional level. Further, concrete obstacles and factor that positively and negatively influence this nexus. |
