| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem místního referenda v České Republice, v Plzni, které se událo 11. a 12. ledna 2014. Úvod práce popisuje co referendum je a celkově problematiku místního referenda. Další kapitola se soustředí na zákon o místním referendu. Empirická část práce se koncentruje na reálný proces tohoto referenda a analyzuje ho. V další kapitole práce tento proces srovnává s tím, jak by podle zákonu o místním referendu měl být. Závěr vysvětluje, jak byl během procesu místního referenda porušen zákon a zda toto místní referendum bylo přínosem městu, zastupitelům a občanům, nebo naopak. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the issue of local referendum in the Czech Republic, in Pilsen which was held on 11 and 12 January. The introduction of the thesis describes what a referendum is and the problematics of local referendum. Next capture is focused on czech legislation of local referendum. The theoretical part deals also with the metodology. The empiric part of the thesis is concentrated on the real course of this referendum and on it's analysis. Next capture deals with the comparation of the course of the local referendum as it should be with the real course of this local referendum in Pilsen. The conclusion responds on hypothesis from introduction and also explains how was broken the law during the process of local referendum in Pilsen and if this referendum was a profit for the city, for the politicians and for the citizens or the contrary. |
