| Abstract in different language: | The thesis deals with the issue of local referendum in the Czech Republic, in Pilsen which was held on 11 and 12 January. The introduction of the thesis describes what a referendum is and the problematics of local referendum. Next capture is focused on czech legislation of local referendum. The theoretical part deals also with the metodology. The empiric part of the thesis is concentrated on the real course of this referendum and on it's analysis. |
