| Abstract: | Cílem mé práce je shromáždění informací o dělené stravě. V kapitolách jsou uvedeny dělení potravin dle různých autorů, např. dle Dr. Haye, Lenky Holas Kořínkové. Porovnávám názory těchto autorů a přidám i svůj názor. Praktická část se skládá z výzkumného projektu a vyhodnocení dotazníků, u kterého jsou uvedeny i příslušné grafy. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 77 respondentů. Výsledky výzkumu jsou takové, že dělená strava je vhodná pro každého jedince. Tato práce může sloužit jako studijní materiál. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this paper is to gather information about divided nutritioning. There are various divions for example - based on authors - according to Dr. Haye or Lenka Holas Korinkova. In my paper, I compare the opinions of these authors and add one of my own. I have also mentioned divided utritioning as a part of healthy life style in the theoretical part. The practical part consists of research project and the evaluation of surveys including appropriate graphs. 77 people took part in the research. The conclusion is that divided nutritioning is good for every single person. Divided nutritioning has a positive impact on both physical and mental health of a man. This paper can be used as a material for studies. |
