| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice stresu u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. V práci jsou objasněny základní termíny z oblasti stresu. Nejvíce pozornosti je věnováno pojmu stres, fázím stresu, příčinám a důsledkům a možné protistresové prevenci. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření u vzorku pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích. Výsledkem výzkumu je zmapování stresové zátěže u pracovníků v pomáhajících profesích, zjištění nejzávažnějších stresových faktorů a zhodnocení nejčastějších zdravotních problémů, které u těchto pracovníků vznikají působením stresu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issues of workers in the helping professions who are under pressure. In this paper, special terms of stress are clarified. The most of attention is addressed to term of stress, to its periods, stress reasons and its effects and to the possible prevention against the stress. The practical part is based on a questionnaire investigating a sample of workers in the helping professions. The result of the research is to analyze the stress levels among workers in the helping professions, identify the most important stress factors and evaluation of the most common health problems that these workers are created by stress. |
