| Abstract: | Obsahem diplomové práce je historický exkurz, pojem lidských práv,ochrana a garance lidských práv v rámci Rady Evropy a Evropské unie, je doplněna o judikaturu, která reflektuje vztah mezi Soudním dvorem Evropské unie a Evropským soudem pro lidská práva. Pojednává o budoucím přistoupení Evropské unie k Úmluvě o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis contains a historical excursion, the concept of human rights, protection and guarantee of human rights in the Council of Europe and the European Union, is supplemented by case law, which reflects the relationship between the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. It discusses the future EU accession to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. |
