Abstract: | Bakalářské práce je zaměřená na problematiku fyzického přetížení pracovníků a s tím spojených zdravotních pro-blémů. Cílem je vytvoření regeneračních cviků pro mon-tážní pracovníky. Jednotlivé cviky jsou navrženy tak, aby byly co nejjednodušší a použitelné pro co nejširší skupinu lidí. Toto shrnutí protahovacích cviků je určeno pro katedru průmyslového inženýrství a managementu, která může využít obsah této bakalářské práce přímo ve fir-mách, ve kterých uskutečňuje své projekty. |
Abstract in different language: | Bachelor's thesis is aimed on the issue of overload work-ers and related health problems. The goal is to create a regeneration exercises for assembly workers. Exercises are designed to be as simple and applicable to the widest possible group of people. This summary of regeneration exercises is intended for the department of Industrial En-gineering and Management, who may use the content of this bachelor's thesis directly in companies in which they do their projects. |
