| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na cílové řízení nákladů strojírenského produktu. V první části práce jsou popsány dvě metody řízení nákladů teoreticky. V druhé části je představen produkt a společnost, pro kterou byl produkt navrhován. Třetí část obsahuje vlastní případovou studii (metoda Target costing). Posledním bodem práce je zhodnocení výsledků a návrh postupu, pro zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti produktu. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the target cost of the engineer-ing product. The first part of the thesis describes two theoret-ical methods. The second part introduces the engineering product and the company which it is made for. The third part deals with the concrete case study (Target costing method). The last part is the evaluation of the results and suggestion of procedure which would guarantee the improvement of com-petitive advantage of the engineering product. |
