| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelské standardy a všeobecné sestry. Je rozdělena na dvě části, praktickou a teoretickou. V jednotlivých kapitolách teoretické části je popsána koncepce ošetřovatelství, kvalita ošetřovatelské péče a vše kolem ní, dále samotné standardy, audit a akreditace, které se standardy úzce souvisí. V závěru práce jsem se zaměřila na legislativu. Druhou polovinu diplomové práce tvoří praktická část. Výzkumné šetření je provedeno kvantitativní metodou a pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku jsem zjišťovala náhled sester na ošetřovatelské standardy a jejich znalosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The diploma thesis is focused on the nursing standards and general nurses. It is divided into two parts; theoretical one and practical one. In the particular chapters of the theoretical part are described the concepts of nursing, quality of nursing care and everything around it, as well as the standards themselves, audit and accreditation, which are closely related to the standards. In the conclusion, I focused on the legislation. The second part of the thesis consists of the practical section. The research is done by the quantitative method. I examined a preview of nurses to nursing standards and their konwledge by a special questionnaire. |
