| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá stravováním v těhotenství. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vznikem těhotenství, popisuje jednotlivé trimestry a prekoncepční období. Poukazuje na význam výživy před otěhotněním i během těhotenství. Dále popisuje potravinovou pyramidu a jednotlivé nutrienty. Také informuje o zásadách a doporučeních při stravování v těhotenství. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření určeného pro těhotné ženy a jejich zhodnocení. Výzkum je zaměřen na stravovací návyky těhotných žen a na jejich informovanost ohledně správné výživy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis has been focused on nourishment during pregnancy. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with formation of pregnancy, describes particular trimesters and preconception period. It stresses the importance of nutrition both, before and during pregnancy. It also describes the food pyramid and some particular nutrients. In this part you can also find information about some rules and recommendations regarding the eating habits during pregnancy. The practical part of my thesis contains results of a survey based on questionnaires which has been targeted on pregnant women and shows the evaluation of results I have got. My research has been focused on the eating habits of pregnant women and the level of their knowledge in terms of proper nutrition during pregnancy. |
