| Abstract: | Tato práce pojednává o adaptaci běloruských přistěhovalců žijících v České republice. Práce se skládá z představení migrační politiky a výzkumu. V úvodu jsou uvedeny čtyři koncepty. Prvním z nich je koncept asimilace v podání Roger Brubaker. Druhý koncept se zabývá identitou imigrantů vycházející ze studie Michaely Šmídové. Třetí koncept je diskriminace přistěhovalců na trhu práce inspirovaný tiskovou zprávou Sdružení pro integraci a migraci, čtvrté a poslední pojetí se zabývá školskými institucemi ve vztahu k přistěhovalcům na základě predikce studií Zdeňka Uherka. Po stanovení koncepce autorka uskutečnila polostrukturováné rozhovory se šesti běloruských respondenty, které v následující kapitole postupně představila. Na základě jejich odpovědí se autorka snažil zhodnotit jednotlivé koncepty. Tomuto hodnocení je věnována samostatná kapitola. Jedním z důležitých aspektů bližšího zkoumání běloruských přistěhovalců jsou otázky identity a bariér. Shrnutí a výsledky práce jsou uvedeny v jejich závěru. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work discusses the adaptation of Belarusian immigrants living in the Czech Republic. The work consists of the initial performance of migration policy and research. In the introduction, there are four concepts. The first is the concept of assimilation in the submission Roger Brubaker. The second concept of identity immigrants from studies by Michaela Šmídová. The third concept is discrimination against immigrants in the labor market inspired press release of the Association for Integration and Migration, and the fourth and final concept deals with education institutions in relation to immigrants based on prediction studies Zdeněk Uherek. After determining the concepts the author conducted half structuring interviews with six Belarusian respondents that in the next chapter are gradually introduced. Based on their responses, the author tried to evaluate the individual concept. This evaluation is a separate chapter. One of the important aspects of close examination of Belarusian immigrants are the issues of identity and barriers that immigrants perceive discrimination and assimilation. Summary and outcomes of the thesis are listed in their conclusions. |
