| Abstract: | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá projektem zvyšování výkonnosti firmy prostředky strategického řízení. Práce byla vypracována ve společnosti ETD TRANSFORMÁTORY a.s., která se zaměřuje na konstrukci a výrobu transformátorů a dalších elektrických zařízení pro tuzemský i zahraniční trh. V úvodní části práce je společnost představena a je zhodnocena její současná výkonnost pomocí finanční analýzy a hodnotového ukazatele EVA. Následuje formulace strategických východisek, tj. poslání, vize, strategických cílů a strategií vedoucích k naplnění těchto cílů. V další části práce je provedena analýza prostředí strategického záměru, která zahrnuje analýzu interního a externího prostředí. Vyhodnocením výsledků analýzy se zabývá strategická analýza. Následuje tvorba finančního plánu, který je založen na krátkodobých cílech. Dále je provedena analýza rizika, jsou sestaveny strategické scénáře a doporučena opatření pro snížení rizik. V poslední části předkládané práce je pomocí finanční analýzy, hodnotového ukazatele EVA a na základě naplnění strategických cílů zjišťováno, zda dojde implementací střednědobého strategického plánu ke zvýšení výkonnosti společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | This diploma thesis deals with the Project of Performance Improvement of a Company by Using Tools of Strategic Management. The thesis was worked out in the company ETD TRANSFORMÁTORY, which focuses on designing and manufacturing of transformers and other electrical devices for both foreign and domestic markets. At first, the company is introduced and its current performance is evaluated by financial analysis and EVA index. Then, a formulation of mission, vision, strategic goals and strategies for achieving these goals follow. In the next part of the thesis, there is an analysis of the environment of the strategic plan carried out, which includes both analyses of internal and external environment. Evaluation of the results is an aim of the strategic analysis. A creation of a financial plan follows which is based on short-term goals. Then, a risk analysis, building strategic scenarios and recommended measures to reduce the risks are described. The last part of the thesis deals with an evaluation of future performance of the company ETD and with making a decision, whether the implementation of the plan would increase the company's performance or not. To evaluate the future performance of the company financial analysis, EVA index and decision, whether or not the set goals were fulfilled, was taken into account. |
