| Abstract: | Obsahem této práce je zkoumání problematiky plodu a plodonosné věci, jak z pohledu římského práva, tak moderních právních úprav. Klíčovou část této práce je možné rozdělit na dvě části. První se skládá ze tří kapitol a je věnována výhradně římskému právu. Jedná se o kapitolu druhou až čtvrtou. Druhou část tvoří moderní úprava, obsažena v kapitole páté. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to investigate a concept of a fruit (Fructus) and a fructiferous thing from the approach of Roman law as well as modern civil legislatures. The core part could be divided to two sub-parts. The first sub-part consists of three chapters (chapters two, three and four) and it is devoted to the Roman law. The other sub-part consists of chapter five is dealing with modern legislative approach. |
