| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou leasingového financování z pohledu účetních a daňových aspektů. Pozornost je nejprve zaměřena na podstatu leasingu, historický vývoj až po současný stav leasingového trhu v ČR. V práci je též vysvětlena podstata účetních operací, daňových dopadů a různé možnosti ukončení leasingového vztahu. Následně jsou v praktické části tyto teoretické poznatky aplikovány na analyzované leasingové smlouvě uzavřené mezi nájemcem a pronajímatelem. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat jednotlivá ukončení leasingového vztahu a vybrat ze zmíněných možností nejlepší variantu ukončení leasingové smlouvy. |
| Abstract in different language: | This work deals with issues leasing financing in the view of financial and tax aspects. First the attention is foused on to the substance of the lease, the historical development up to the present state of the leasing market in our country. The work also explaines the nature of accounting operations and various ending of the leasing. Consequently, in practical part this theoretical knowledge is applied to the analyse leasing agreement between a tenant and a landlord. The aim is to choose the best option variant of the mentioned termination of the leasing contract. |
