| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacientku s diagnózou ektopické gravidity.Zabývá se plánováním ošetřovatelské péče,a problematikou uspokojování potřeb u žen s mimoděložním těhotenstvím.V teoretické části práce se zaměřuji na anatomii ženských pohlavních orgánů.Dále popisuji druhy ektopické gravidity,příznaky,a možnosti léčby,předoperační a pooperační péči.Poslední částí je psychika ženy s ektopickou graviditou,a vhodný psychologický přístup zdravotnického personálu.V praktické části zpracovávám zpracovávám tři kazuistiky u mnou vybraných pacientek,které byly hospitalizované na gynekologickém oddělení.Součástí praktické části jsou edukační plány ve vybraných oblastech,a nestandardizované rozhovory.Na základě rozhovorů hodnotím kvalitu ošetřovatelské péče,a zabývám se problematikou uspokojování potřeb u pacientek s mimoděložním těhotenstvím. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is focused on the nursing care of patients with a diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.It deals with the plannig of nursing care and the problems issue of meeting the needs of women with ectopic pregnancy.The theoretical part is focused on the anatomy of the female genital organs.It also describes the types of ectopic pregnancy,symptoms and options od treatment,pro-operative and post-operative care.The last part mentions the psyche of women with ectopic pregnancy and the psychological attitude of the medical staff.In the practical part of the processing of qualitative research in the form of three case studies to my selection.The female patients were admitted to the gynecology department.The practical part describes the educational programs in selected areas and non-standardized interviews.The quality of nursing care was evaluated according to those interviews.The next issue,which is in this part solved,is the meeting of the needs of those patients with ectopic pregnancy. |
