| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje a zkoumá poznatky z oblasti komunikačních dovedností všeobecných sester v ošetřovatelské péči. Práce je rozdělena na dvě základní části. Teoretická část popisuje úvod do komunikace, základní dělení komunikace a zaměřuje se na komunikaci v ošetřovatelské péči. Dále se věnuje komunikaci s pacientem se specifickými potřebami a s pacientem se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část práce zkoumá úroveň komunikačních dovedností všeobecných sester v ošetřovatelské péči. |
| Abstract in different language: | This is a brief thesis description, without any description and used methods, but with result. This bachelor thesis sums and probes findings of the domain of communication ability of nurses in nursing care. Thesis is divided in two basic sections. Theoretical section describes introduction to communication, basic dividing of communication and it is focussing on the communication in nursing care. Along this, it inscribes communication with patient with specific needs and with patient with physical disability. Practical section probes level of communication ability of nurses in nursing care. |
