dc.description.abstractTeoretická část se zabývá maligním melanomem, diagnostikou, rizikovými faktory, léčbou, dispenzarizací nemocných. Je zaměřena hlavně na primární a sekundární prevenci maligního melanomu a možnosti všeobecné sestry edukovat klienty o této problematice. Obsahem praktické části je kvantitativní průzkum mezi laickou veřejností o znalostech maligního melanomu, jeho projevech a možnostech prevence, která spočívá hlavně v ochraně před UV zářením. Závěrem lze říci, že veřejnost zná zásady správné ochrany před UV zářením a tyto zásady v mezích dodržuje.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedThe teoretical part of our work is about malignant melanoma, diagnosis, factores of risic, treatment, register of patiens. It is about primary and secondary prevention of melanoma and possibility for a nurse, how to get informations to a patiens about this problemes. In the practical part of our work is a public opinion poll about malignant melanoma, manifestations and prevention. It is a protection before UV radiation. We find out, that a general public knows a right protection before UV radiation and follow this rules.en
