| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou podstoupení operačního výkonu ve stáří, zvláště pak předoperační a pooperační péčí o geriatrické pacienty. Teoretická část je rozdělena ne dvě části. V první je vymezen a definován pojem geriatrický pacient a jsou zde zmíněny obecné problémy těchto pacientů. Druhá část je věnována perioperační péči o tyto pacienty, jejím specifikům. V praktické části jsou uvedeny dvě kazuistiky týkající se geriatrických pacientů, o které jsem měla možnost pečovat v rámci své práce sestry na chirurgickém oddělení. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this essay is to highlight the problems of the operation of the old people, particularly the preoperative and the postoperative care of geriatric patients. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part consists of delimitation and definition of the geriatric patient and there are also mentioned their general problems. The second part concentrates on the preoperative care of these patients and its specifics. The practical part mentions two different casuistries concerning the geriatric patients, who I had the opportunity to take care of within the framework of my job as nurse in a surgery. |
