| Abstract: | V bakalářské práci se věnuji oš. péči u nemocného léčeného larvoterapií. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části se snažím přiblížit podstatu larvoterapie a stručně historii. Také praktické provedení a nepostradatelná edukace je obsahem teorie. Onemocnění, které je k larvoterapii určeno popisuji v druhé části. Jde o diabetickou nohu, její příčiny, diagnostiku a léčbu. V praktické části zpracovávám informace podle modelu Marjory Gordonové a kazuistiku zaměřenou na bio-psycho-sociální potřeby. Samozřejmostí je zpracování edukačních plánů. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the present thesis is devoted to nursing care in a patient treated maggot therapi. Work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I try to explain the nature of maggot therapii a brief history. Also practical design and content of education is indispensable theory. The disease, which is intended to maggot therapii describe in the second part. It is a diabetic foot its causes, diagnosis and treatment. In the practical part of the information processing model by Marjory Gordon and case reports focusing on the bio-psycho-social needs. Of course there is a proces of educational plans. |
