| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou případových konferencí jako jedné z metod sociální práce s ohroženým dítětem a jeho rodinou. Cílem práce je provedeným výzkumným šetřením zjistit a porozumět tomu "Jak vnímají sociální pracovníci OSPOD Karlovarského kraje povinnost pořádat případové konference po účinnosti novely zákona o sociálně-právní ochrany dětí". Práce je členěna na dvě části. První se zabývá teoretickými východisky. Ve druhé, empirické části, prostřednictvím provedeného výzkumného šetření zprostředkovává náhled na situaci, jak sociální pracovníci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany Karlovarského kraje povinnost pořádat případové konference vnímají. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis is concerned with the issue of the child protection conferences as one of the methods of social work with threatened children and their families. The aim of the thesis is to find out and understand, by means of an applied research, "how workers of OSPOD in the region of Karlovy Vary perceive the duty to hold child protection conferences according to the law amendment of the social-legal child protection. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical resources. In the second, empirical part, by means of the performed research, the thesis mediates the situational preview how workers of OSPOD in the region of Karlovy Vary feel the duty to hold child protection conferences. |
