dc.description.abstractV diplomové práci se snažím komplexně popsat úpravu nedbalosti v českém TZ a následně komparovat se slovenským TZ. V samotném úvodu práce nejdříve vysvětlím pojem trestního práva a jednotlivé formy zavinění. Pak na základě historického vývoje nedbalosti se dostanu až k novému TZ 40/2009 a velkou část práci věnuji klíčovému pojmu a tím je nedbalost. Jasně definuji vědomou, nevědomou a hrubou nedbalost a dokonce i skutkové podstaty založené na hrubé nedbalosti.cs

dc.description.abstract-translatedI have chosen as the diploma thesis a topic dealing with negligence culpability in a criminal law. In the beginning of the work I start to explain the term of culpability and it´s individual forms. Next part contains comparing of foreign regulation which dedicates both a historical view and also the new Criminal Code TZ 40/2009. Negligence culpability is one of the two possible forms of culpability-next to the intention, the negligence is the second one and also it is less relevant form of culpabilty than intention is. My work tries to define two forms of negligent culpability, their legal definitions and their mutual differences.en
