| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit vývoj policejní správy v Čechách, zejména pak od roku 1918 do roku 1938. V těchto letech se chci zaměřit na vývoj policie a poukázat na jejich kompetence. V první řadě chci přiblížithistorický vývoj policie v Zemích koruny české a historický exkurz. Následně se zaměřím na celkový vývoj policejních sborů od vzniku Československé republiky až do roku 1938. V další části mé bakalářské práce zmíním zrod Českolovenské republiky, vývoj policejních sborů, státní policejní úřady a četnictvo. Ke konci mé bakalářské práce přiblížím vývoj trestního řízení na území tehdejší Československé republiky. |
| Abstract in different language: | The objective of the bachelor thesis is to approach the evolution of the police administration in Bohemia, in particular between years 1918 and 1938. I would like to target the development of police forces during those years and to refer to their competences. First of all I would like to describe the historical development of the police in the Czech Royal lands, and then historical excursus in general. Consequently I want to focus on general development of the police forces since the foundation of the Czechoslovak Republic till year 1938. Next parts of my bachelor thesis are describing the birth of the Czechoslovak Republic, the development of the police forces, government police offices and gendarmerie. The conclusion of this thesis deals with development of criminal proceedings in the area of the Czechoslovak Republic. |
