| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá modelováním tkáňové perfúze se zaměřením na tkáň jater. Byly vytvořeny multi-kompartmentové modely pro 1D a 3D popis perfúze. Následně byla řešena úloha identifikace materiálových parametrů s využitím citlivostní analýzy. Numericky bylo řešeno několik úloh identikikace pro 1D i 3D model. |
| Abstract in different language: | The work deals with the modeling of tissue perfusion with a focus on liver tissue. The multi-compartment models for 1D and 3D perfusion description were created. Then was formulated the problem of identification of material parameters using the sensitivity analysis. For the 1D and 3D models several problems were numerically solved. |
