Abstract in different language: The aim of this article is to emphasize the role of ethics in corporate social responsibility. Authors focus their attention on the importance of stakeholder theory and stakeholder management for appropriate integration of CSR to the structure of organizations of various kinds. They explain that one of the basic preconditions for real and right CSP (Corporate Social Performance) is support and enhancement of these practices by organizational leaders.
