Abstrakt v dalším jazyce:	Medical facilities as health service providers play a key role in the health system of each country. It is therefore very important to pay attention to them, especially during major reform steps in the health field. Each of the developed countries is facing problems in health care, despite the many differences in the financing and organization. The size and structure of issued funds for public programs, particularly social nature (including healthcare) and the organization itself in the health system affects a large number of factors and every country does not take to solve their problems very well. Anyway, especially from the experience abroad and on defining issues in the Czech Republic may establish the key issues for future reform should be priority.
