Abstract in different language: Motivation is one of the key managerial activities. Strategic plan for the development of human resources is an important part of the strategic plan of the organization. Practice shows that motivated employees showing greater willingness to work for your business, engage in work, are loyal. Practice using these selected theories of work motivation: Herzberg's two-factor´s theory, White´s theory of competence Vroom´s theory of expectance, Adams' theory of justice. managers of many companies still believe that the prize money is a good motivator. Money effect will dissipate over time, employees are dissatisfied with reward again. More and more managers realize that over time, which can be motivated only by money. Management currently has for employees to create a work environment in which they can apply, grow and developed natural psychological needs, the carrot and stick method does not belong to this century.
