Abstract in different language:	Business process management represents an important activity in organisations, which perform their business activities on the basis of principles of business process management. The adoption of the process approach when developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of business systems is supported by ISO standards. The management area of quality, environment, health and safety at work and information security management, which can be certificated at the basis of standards and which altogether create the Integrated Management System, have defined processes and by constant improvement of these processes the quality of service providing can be increased. The building security and management of building security is an important area in management of any organisation. Lack of standard for a systematic building of the object security is a barrier for declaration of management levels and continual improvement in a security area.
