After data selection and adjustment, there are 46 units under this research. From these, 17 units runs their business in foreign markets. The most preferred for internationalization of their business is the EU market, specifically V4 region. The most used way of internationalization in business is direct export and the most frequently reasons for internationalization of their trade activities are periodical orders and increasing competence of entrepreneur unit. Based on previous research, we can also conclude that there is no statistically significant relationship between acceptance of internationalization (as the current trend in a globalizing world) and the development of sales volume on foreign markets.
