Abstract:	Tato práce pojednává o právních následcích rozvodu manželství ve vztahu k nezletilým dětem. Autorka se věnuje svěření dítěte do péče po rozvodu, styku rodiče s dítětem a vyživovací povinnosti rodičů vůči dítěti. Cílem této práce je zkoumání a hodnocení efektivity současné právní úpravy.
Abstract in different language:	This thesis deals with the legal consequences of divorce in relation to underage children. The author focuses on child custody after divorce,a parental contact with children and maintenance obligations of parents towards the child. The aim of this work is to examine and evaluate the effectiveness of current legislation.
