| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení finanční situace společnosti PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. a zhodnocení podnikového reportingového systému. První kapitoly práce obsahují základní teoretické vymezení problematiky finanční analýzy, controllingu a reportingu. V analytické části bakalářské práce je společnost představena. Následně je za pomoci aplikace zvolených tradičních ukazatelů finanční analýzy a jejich soustav hodnocena finanční pozice a výkonnost podniku v období let 2010-2014. Dále je charakterizován Controllingový útvar a reportingový systém společnosti. Pro posouzení podnikového měření výkonnosti je analyzován zavedený systém klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti a jsou sestaveny návrhy k jeho optimalizaci. Poslední kapitola je věnována interpretaci výsledků a zhodnocení úrovně finančního zdraví společnosti, na základě kterého jsou formulována doporučení na opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající finanční situace společnosti. |
| Abstract in different language: | The bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of financial situation of the company PILSEN STEEL s.r.o. and evaluation of a corporate reporting system. First chapters of the thesis contain a basic theoretical definition of financial analysis, controlling, and reporting issues. In the analytical part of the thesis, the company is being introduced. The financial position and performance of the company in the period 2010-2014 is evaluated by the use of the selected traditional indicators of financial analysis and their systems. The Controlling department and the reporting system of the company are also characterized. For assessment of the corporate performance evaluation system, the implemented system of key performance indicators is analyzed, and the proposals for its optimization are compiled. Last chapter is devoted to interpreting the results and evaluation of the level of financial health of the company, based on which recommendations on measures to improve the current financial situation of the company are formulated. |
