| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována platebním kartám. Cílem práce je poskytnout všeobecný a ucelený přehled o dané problematice. Samotná práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. První kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na právní úpravu platebního styku v ČR a způsoby bezhotovostního styku v ČR. Dále už je věnována platebním kartám. Nejprve je popsána historie a objevy spojené s platebními kartami. Poté jsou rozebrány druhy karet, průběh zpracování platby a zabezpečení platebních karet. Závěr práce je věnován finančnímu arbitru a je obohacen příkladem z praxe. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor's work is dedicated to the payment cards. The aim of this work is to provide a general and comprehensive overview of the given issue. The bachelor's work is divided into the several chapters. The first part is focused on the legislation of the payment in Czech Republic and the ways of cashless transaction in the country. The rest is dedicated to the payment cards. First, the history and discoveries, which are associated with credit cards. Then it is looked into the kinds of cards, the process of payment and payment card security. The conclusion is about financial arbiter and it is enriched with experiences. |
