| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje problematice finanční ústavy z právního pohledu. Definuje rozpočtové deficity a pohledy na ně různými ekonomickými školami. Rozebráno je postavení ústavního zákona o rozpočtové odpovědnosti v právním systému ČR. Pozornost je věnována jednotlivým návrhům finanční ústavy. Závěrem je rozebrán fiskální kompakt a komparace se Slovenskem a Maďarskem. |
| Abstract in different language: | The thesis focuses on the financial constitution problematics from the point of view of the law. It defines the budget deficit according to the particular understandings of the phenomenon by the different economic schools. The thesis discusses the role of the constitutional law on fiscal responsibility and its position in the legal system of the Czech Republic. The attention is paid to the individual proposals of the financial institution too. In conclusion, it proceeds to analyse the fiscal compact with the subsequent comparison to the situation in the Slovakia and Hungary. |
