| Abstract: | Předkládanou diplomovou prací odpovídám na otázku, zda je v rámci vzájemné spolupráce evropských států v Evropské unii zachováno rovné postavení suverénních států - členu Unie při jejich účasti v hospodářské a měnové unii. Provedeným výzkumem jsem si současně stanovil cíl objasnit změny, které do spolupráce v hospodářské a měnové unii přinesl vstup Lisabonské smlouvy v platnost a odpovědět na otázku, zda Lisabonská smlouva právní úpravou hospodářské a měnové politiky přinesla odlišné postavení členských států v rámci mezinárodní organizace Evropská unie. |
| Abstract in different language: | I use the submitted diploma thesis to answer the question of whether the equal status of sovereign states Union members is maintained within the terms of mutual cooperation between the European countries of the European Union during their participation in the Economic and Monetary Union. On undertaking this research I also set myself the goal of: clarifying the changes in cooperation within the Economic and Monetary Union brought about by the Treaty of Lisbon coming into force and to answer the question of whether regulation of economic and monetary policy by the Treaty of Lisbon resulted in the different status of member states within the terms of the international European Union organisation. |
