| Abstract: | The largest part of the financial law is a regulation of budgets, its revenues, as well as its expenditures that deserve an attention too. Consequently a position of regulation of budgets within the financial law is a relevant point of investigation which is closely connected with an increasing role of economic relationships (in Europe as well as outside Europe) in the field of budgets and its legal regulation. |
