| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je popsat postoje a přístupy učitelů vůči jejich žákům-cizincům na základních školách v Plzni, to jak se projevují během vyučování a jakým způsobem jsou mezi učiteli sdílené. Obecně se autorka snaží porozumět, jak učitelé cizince identifikují, charakterizují a vnímají. Součástí práce je také stereotypizace a nálepkování těchto žáků. Toto téma je důležitým předmětem studia, protože jeho výsledky mohou pomoci zkvalitnit vzdělání cizinců. |
| Abstract in different language: | The aim of this thesis is to describe attitudes and approaches of teachers at primary schools in Pilsen, the way how they are manifested during classes and with whom teachers share them. In generally, the author tries to understand how teachers identify, characterize and perceive foreigners. The part of the thesis is also stereotyping and labelling of these pupils. This theme is an important subject for a research because the results can help to improve the education of foreigners. |
