| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití dovednostně-praktických metod ve výuce výživy člověka na základní škole. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje vzdělávací oblasti, vzdělávací obory, kde se vyučuje výživa a je navržen obsah výuky výživy. Dále jsou charakterizovány vyučovací metody, organizační formy a mezipředmětové vztahy ve výuce výživy. Praktická část popisuje realizaci výzkumného šetření. Zhodnocení proběhlo prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a didaktického testu. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis deals with the use of skill-practical teaching methods of nutrition in the primary school. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter analyses the school curricutum, then there are Framework Educational Programme and expected outcomes , the curriculum outlines the nutrition and there is a suggestion of the contents of teaching topics related to nutrition. The second chapter deals with educational strategies on teaching nutrition and teaching methods and organizational forms. The last chapter focuses on the related subjects and suggests their inclusion in teaching. The practical part describes the methodological approach to the questionnaire research. The questionnaire finds out whether pupils have mastered skill and practical methods on the basis of theoretical and practical training in the nutrition lessons. The results are statistically processed into tables. |
