| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem účinků regeneračních metod na organismus u hráčů sportovní hry fotbal. Popisuje toto dynamické sportovní odvětví, jeho pojetí a parametry. Kladením stále větších nároků na fyzickou a kondiční stránku jednotlivců patří již dnes, a jistě bude i do budoucna, regenerace jednou z nejdůležitějších a klíčových cest k úspěchu. Jak pro fotbalisty samotné, tak i pro členy jejich realizačních týmů. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis explores effects and incluences of regeneration methods to a football player´s organism. It describes this dynamic sport, its concept and parameters. Due to the higher requirements of physical and condition skills of each individual player, regeneration is today, and will be certainly in the future as well, one of the most important and key condition for the success of football players as well as of members of their teams. |
