| Abstract: | Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji tématu třídění osob při mimořádných událostech a určování priorit léčby.Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou.V teoretické části se čtenáři mohou dozvědět co je medicína katastrof, rozdělení mimořádných událostí a katastrof, integrovaný záchranný systém. Dále vysvětluje problematiku třídění osob a nejčastější skórovací schémata.V praktické části se zaměřuji na teoretické znalosti lékařského třídění a metody START u lékařů a zdravotnických záchranářů u zdravotnické záchranné služby.Veškerá data jsou zpracována do tabulek a grafů pomocí počítačového programu Microsoft Excel 2010. |
| Abstract in different language: | My bachelor thesis is focused on the subject of classification of people at state of emergency incidents and determination of treatment priorities. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part.In the theoretical part, readers can learn what the disaster medicine, the division of states of emergency and disasters are and also what are the Emergency services. Further on, the part explains the issue of classification of people and the most frequent scoring schemes.In practical part the thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge of medical classification and the method START concerning doctors and paramedics at Emergency medical services.All the data are processed into tables and graphs by means of the computer programme, Microsoft Excel 2010. |
