| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním problematiky centrálních žilních katétrů z pohledu pacienta a ošetřujícího personálu v nemocniční neodkladné péči. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie cév. Dále se zabýváme historií centrálních žilních katétrů, jejich rozdělením, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi k jejich zavedení. V další části se věnujeme přípravě k zajištění centrálního žilního přístupu, technikami zavedení, lokalizací místa zavedení a následným odstraněním centrálního žilního katétru. Následující část pojednává o komplikacích spojených se zavedením katétru. V poslední části se věnujeme péči o centrální žilní katétr. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění úrovně znalostí ošetřujícího personálu o CŽK a zkoumá specifika ošetřovatelské péče o něj. Dále zjišťuje problémy a obavy pacientů spojené se zavedeným centrálním žilním katétrem. |
| Abstract in different language: | This thesis is about comparison of the issue of central venous catheters from patient´s point of view and hospital workers or caretakers point of view. It is divided into two different parts - theoretical part and practical part. At the beginning there is description of vascular anatomy. Theoretical part also deals with the history of central venous catheters, distribution, indications and contraindications. The next section is devoted to preparing for central venous access, implementation techniques, site determination, introduction and subsequent removal of a central venous catheter. The last section of this part is devoted to the care of central venous catheter. The practical part is focused on finding the level of knowledge of the nursing staff of CVC and examines the specifics of nursing care for him. It also focuses on the concerns of patients with the introduction of a central venous catheter. |
