| Abstract: | Malí a střední podnikatelé představují významnou skupinu podnikatelských subjektů ve světové ekonomice, která se potýká s řadou problematických oblastí. Většinu těchto problematických specifik lze odbourat či zmírnit prostřednictvím vhodně zvoleného nástroje podpory podnikatelských aktivit. Autorka se zaměřuje na specifický nástroj podpory, který v sobě shrnuje několik oblastí podpor najednou, a to na fenomén podnikatelského inkubátoru. Tato forma podpory podnikání v sobě nese ucelený komplex nabízených služeb, které jsou k dispozici začínajícím podnikatelům skutečně od jejich počátečních aktivit. Cílem disertační práce je zhodnotit působení podnikatelského inkubátoru jakožto nástroje podpory podnikání pro malé a střední podnikatele. Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování problematiky podnikatelské inkubace obecně a v podmínkách ČR a na hodnocení podnikatelského inkubátoru z hlediska jeho přínosu pro MSP. |
| Abstract in different language: | Small and medium size entrepreneurs represent a very important group of business subjects in the world economy which fights a number of issues. Most of these problematic factors can be eliminated or lowered by a suitably chosen tool of support of business activities. The author focuses on a specific tool of support, which includes an array of business support resources and services at once, the phenomenon of the business incubator. This form of support of business carries a complex set of services which are available to companies at an early stage of development, from their starting activities. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the effect of the business incubator as a tool of business support for small and medium size enterprises. Dissertation focuses on mapping the area of business incubator in general and in the Czech Republic and assessment of the business incubator according to its benefits for SMEs. |
