| Abstract: | Předložená práce je zaměřena na dopady novely zákona o stavebním spoření na klienty. V úvodní části je uvedena historie stavebního spoření a jsou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy týkající se stavebního spoření. Dále je popsán princip fungování stavebního spoření a jeho dílčí části, kterými jsou spořící fáze, přidělení cílové částky, fáze úvěrová a také překlenovací úvěr. Také je popsán zákon o stavebním spoření a novely, které tento zákon upravují. Další kapitola se věnuje novele z pohledu klienta. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny a zhodnoceny příklady vypočítané dle podmínek vyplývajících z jednotlivých novel. |
| Abstract in different language: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of amendment of the building savings for clients. The first part shows the history of building savings and the individual terms related to building savings are explained. Then there is described principle of building savings and its individual parts, which are saving phase, the allocation of the target amount, the credit phases and the bridging loan, the law of building savings and the amendment to the law are also described. Another chapter attends to the amendment from the client´s perspective. The final section contains examples that are calculated and evaluated according to the conditions resulting from the individual amendments. |
