| Abstrakt: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je překlad vybraného anglického textu z oblasti právní s komentářem a glosářem. Pro překlad byly vybrány části kapitoly zákona z amerického státu Iowa, zabývající se zbraněmi. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií překladu, typy a technikami překladu a kompetencemi překladatele. Dále je charakterizována právní angličtina a její překlad a reálie. Praktická část obsahuje samotný překlad textu, makroanalýzu, mikroanalýzu a glossáře vybraných termínů z textu. |
| Abstrakt v dalším jazyce: | The main objective of this thesis is the translation of the English legal text with a commentary and glossaries. For the purposes of translation were chosen the certain sections of the Chapter from the Iowa State Code, dealing with the weapons. The theoretical part contains the theory of translation, types and techniques of translation and the competences of a translator. Further is characterized the legal English and its translation and realia. The practical part contains the translation itself, macroanalysis, microanalysis and the glossaries of certain terms of the source text. |
