| Abstract: | V první části této diplomové práce je seznámení s metodami měření produktivity práce, zejména s metodami předem stanovených časů MTM a MOST, na něž je tato práce primárně zaměřena. V praktické části této práce je analýza vybraných činností v podniku Daikin Industries Czech Rebublic, s.r.o. pomocí metod MTM a MOST a nakonec vzájemné srovnání těchto metod. |
| Abstract in different language: | In the first part of this diploma sheet is describing methods of labour productivity mainly methods of predetermined time systems MTM and MOST, which is main theme of it. In practical part of this sheet there is analysis of selected operations in a company called Daikin Industries Czech Republic, s.r.o. This analysis was made by methods MTM and MOST. Finally there is comparison of these methods. |
